Jill Hennessy

Jill Hennessy has been a television actress for more than 30 years. She was born in Edmonton Alberta Canada, on November 25 of 1968. The actress was in Law and Order alongside Chris Noth. Hennessy is from Edmonton, Alberta. Her father John Hennessy was a meat salesman as well as a sales/marketing executive, who required extensive travel and resulted in frequent moves for the entire family. Her mother Maxine a secretary left the family in 1982 leaving her daughter to be partially fostered by her paternal grandmother Eleanor living in Kitchener Ontario. Her younger brother is John Paul J.P. Hennessy Jr. and an identical twin sister Jacqueline, who is a journalist for a magazine and a television host in Canada. Hennessy is of Irish French Swedish and Italian heritage on her father's side and mostly Ukrainian Roma as well as Austrian ancestry on her mother's. Stanley Park Senior Public School and Grand River Collegiate Institute both located in Kitchener Ontario. Hennessy also used to work as a busker in Toronto. Hennessy, along with her sister, made their acting d but in Dead Ringers 1988 as twin callgirls. Gillian Anderson, an actress who ended up getting the role, claimed she had been on the shortlist in the search for Dana Scully. She married Paolo Mastropietro in 2000. The couple has two sons.
