Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is an acclaimed American writer of cook books for a number of years. Ina is also the Emmy-winning host of Food Networks longest running show Barefoot Contessa that began in 2002. Ina began to write policy and nuclear energy documents for the White House. Though she initially found it intellectually stimulating she eventually lost interest. So she purchased an Barefoot Contessa a small speciality food store. Prior to selling the company the store, she worked for more than 18 years building it to a highly successful store. Several other books and magazines followed. The Food Network TV show also was launched, and was a huge success. Her range of items spans from appliances for kitchens to ingredient and storage containers. Ina, who is self-taught and has not attended a culinary school or in an establishment. Ina is well-known as a simple cook and for her entertaining cooking style. Her best-known recipes include Skillet with roasted lemon chicken and Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic roast Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars as well as Mac and cheese.
